Mix all the above ingredients and make a little thick batter.
Take a uttapam pan, heat the pan and brush it with ghee,sprinkle some sessame seeds on it & pour the batter..
Cook on both the sides using ghee. - 2
Serve it with green chutney or can have it with curd or a cup of tea.
You can use oil if you wish instead of ghee
Can be made fr breakfast, lunch or dinner
