I recall back in the days when in primary school, this was gold, and it is still to me. My mum simply used to boil it for like an hour or 2,,kwa kendo.. Then I'd enjoy it's white soup.

I recall back in the days when in primary school, this was gold, and it is still to me. My mum simply used to boil it for like an hour or 2,,kwa kendo.. Then I'd enjoy it's white soup.

Soak your mbuta in warm water for 3mins
- 2
Fry the onions till brown
Add your tomatoes, cover and let cook till they form a paste - 3
Add 4 cups of water.
Add salt to taste
Add the teaspoon royco, stir well.
Let the mixture to boil for 2mins - 4
Add your piece of mbuta.
Cover and let cook slowly under moderate heat.
It forms a white thick stew - 5
Serve hot
