  • 6potato with peel (Boiled)
  • 1 tbspchicken powder
  • 1 tbspfries masala/chat masala
  • 1 tsptalhar Mirch Powder
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspoil
  • 2,3 tbspbutter/ as required
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    Add boil potato in mixing bowl then add oil and all spices...

    Add some coriander leaves and mix very well now add butter in pan keep this potato in the pan,let them roast,then flip it to roast from others side,and dish it out and serve with your favorite dip.
