Soak Figs in a warm water 3-4hr.

Roast almond walnut cashewnut in 1tbsp.ghee. And Transfer in a plate. Allow it to cool and grind.
In same add ghee roast pistachio and Melon seeds. And take out in a plate. - 3
Now squeeze Figs and take out on a chopping board.And chopped roughly. Take 4-5figs to make a paste.

Take ghee in a pan. Add all chopped figs in a pan and saute.on a slow flame. For 5-7min.
Now add figs paste
nuts powder stir cont. Add sugar and ginger powder.stir cont. and stir till its bind completely. - 5
Grease ghee in a plate and spread anjeer mixture.Sprinkle Cardamom powder Roasted melon seeds and chopped pistachio. Spread evenly with Spetula. Allow it to cool on a room temperature. And keep in a refrigerator for 1-2hrs.
