Steps

Take water in a pan & keep on gas for boiling
Take Gud & little water in another pan & keep it for boiling. After boiling strain it & keep aside

Put a third pan on gas and add ghee. When it melts add Wheat Dalia & roast on medium heat till it becomes brown {like almond peel color }
Now add boiling plain water to it & cook till all water is evaporated

Now add gur water & cook till it starts to leave the sides
Stir it by adding cardamom powder, saffron & flax of coconut
Serve hot
