  • 1 pounddried black eye peas
  • 48 ozChicken broth
  • 1chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2onion chopped
  • 1ham hock
  • Tspsalt add more to taste
  • Tsppepper
  • Tspgarlic powder
  • Tspcelery salt
  • 1-2 cupswater

    Combine all ingredients and cook on medium 1 hour or till peas are done. Enjoy!
