  1. 1 pounddried black eye peas
  2. 48 ozChicken broth
  3. 1chopped bell pepper
  4. 1/2onion chopped
  5. 1ham hock
  6. Tspsalt add more to taste
  7. Tsppepper
  8. Tspgarlic powder
  9. Tspcelery salt
  10. 1-2 cupswater

    Combine all ingredients and cook on medium 1 hour or till peas are done. Enjoy!
