Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupbajri atta (Millet flour)
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped methi leaves
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped green garlic
  • PinchHing
  • 1 tbspgarlic & green chilli paste (use spicy wali green chilies)
  • 1 tspsessame seeds(add them in batter also & some while sprinkling befre pour the batter on pan)
  • 1/2 cupwhisked curd
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • Pinchbaking soda { optional }
  • 1/2 cupwater approximately (to form batter)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients and make a little thick batter.

    Take a uttapam pan, heat the pan and brush it with ghee,sprinkle some sessame seeds on it & pour the batter..
    Cook on both the sides using ghee.

    Serve it with green chutney or can have it with curd or a cup of tea.

    You can use oil if you wish instead of ghee

    Can be made fr breakfast, lunch or dinner
