It is a delicious paratha(flatbread) prepared with bajra flour and fresh fenugreek leaves.
Steps

First clean and wash the methi leaves (Fenugreek leaves), drain all the water and keep aside

Now now 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin
- 3
Add chopped onion and saute for 1min till raw smell goes
- 4
Now add washed methi leaves
- 5
Saute for 2min and turn off the flame (shallow fried methi gives very good taste to any recipe)

Now take a food processor dough jar

Add Bajra flour, whole wheat flour

Now add stir fried methi onion

Add finely chopped coriander leaves,salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, and carom seeds

Blend in a food processor for 30 seconds

All ingredients will get combined well

Now add 1/4 cup or as needed hot water to make a hard dough
- 13
Take 2drops of oil in palm, apply on the dough and keep aside

Now divide the dough in equal parts, make a round shape ball, roll like chapati by dusting flour
- 15
Place on a hot tawa or pan, apply oil or ghee(or butter), roast on both the sides till it gets golden colour and crisp

Serve hot paratha with garlic tadka(for making tadka, pour cumin garlic hot oil on red chilli powder and salt mixture, mix well and add chopped coriander leaves)
