In a bowl 🥣 add boiled/ mashed potatoes 🥔, cumin seeds, finely chopped onions 🧅, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, chopped green, yellow and red capsicum 🫑, salt 🧂, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, chopped garlic 🧄, chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp corn flour 🌽or 1/4 cup gram flour And mix well.

Make equal size round balls and shape them into Patties/ tikkis and heat oil and shallow frying them until golden brown and serve with tomato ketchup.

Note: in case your patties are breaking, it is recommended that you should increase the amount, add 1/2 cup gram flour, corn flour 3-4 tbsp mix and adjust seasoning (salt & green chillies), make patties and shallow frying them until golden brown.
