Steps

First boil the potatoes and mash it.Then take a wok and add oil,fennel seed,jeera ginger and chopped green chilli.

Then put the mashed potatoes and add all spices into it.Then saute it for 10 minutes.

Then take a capsicum and
stuffed the potatoes into it.Then take a wok and 1 tbsp oil and put all the capsicum and cover it till it gets soften.Ready to serve.
