I n wok heat oil add potatoes n salt cover it. Cook till it becomes soft

When potatoes are soft. Keep flame high n fry potatoes till they become lightly crisp

Now add lahush over potatoes, tomatoes, Red chili powder, haldi powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, light salt, - 4
Cover it for 5 mins or till the tomatoes are soft.mix well

Serve with Paratha, kichadi
