Assemble ingredients

Roast chopped almonds lightly and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add ghee and allow medium heat then add sattu and keep stirring. Roast on low flame till u get the nutty aroma.

Gradually colour changes and it is properly roasted.

Transfer to a plate / thali and allow to cool for some time.

Add powder sugar + cardamom powder + pepper powder + roasted almonds and give a good mix.

Check whether we can bind ladoos or not, gradually add milk for proper binding.
Give shape of Ladoo and it is done. - 8
