Chop the vegetables into cubes and mince the garlic very finely.

In a saucepan, add the oil and heat for 1 minute. Add the onion and green pepper. Once the onion becomes translucent, add the garlic and tomatoes. Add the chicken bouillon and a bit of salt to taste. Mix well and let the tomatoes cook until they form a sauce. Turn off the heat.

Crack 4 eggs, one at a time (YOU CAN ADD SALT AND PEPPER IF DESIRED) and set aside.

In a pan with hot oil, fry the tortillas (4) until they are crispy like tostadas.

TO SERVE:
ON THE TOSTADA, ADD THE EGG AND THEN TOP WITH THE SAUCE. ENJOY!! YOUR BREAKFAST IS READY.
