20-25Garlic cloves
2 & 1/2 tbsps Pepper corn
7 Coriander root
3 tbsps Coriander seed, crushed
4-5 tbsps Sugar
2-3 tbsps Soy sauce
2-3 tbsps Oysters sauce
5 tbsps Coconut milk
Pandal leaves

Pound garlic, coriander root and pepper corn until fine. Add seasonings to marinate the chicken, cover for 30 minutes. Then wrap it with the pandal leaves.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius. Place the chicken on the rag, grill for 30 minutes or until cook.
