Hong Kong Style Satay Beef Noodle 沙嗲牛肉麵

Marinate beef with 3 teaspoons light soy sauce, 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoon Chinese wine, 0.5 teaspoon white pepper, 0.5 teaspoon baking soda and 120ml water

Allow it to fully absorb water before adding oil and mix well

Prepare a mixture of 5 teaspoons light soy sauce, 3 teaspoons sugar, 0.5 teaspoon white pepper and 140ml water

Slightly saute marinated beef until golden and leave for later use

Saute garlic until scented; add 4 TABLEspoons Satay sauce, 2 teaspoons peanut butter and mix well

Add the seasoning mixture to the pan and boil the sauce

Add cooked beef and continue to cook with low heat until desirable viscosity

Served with noodles/pasta of your choice
