Ragi dhokla

Mix ragi and suji with water in a bowl.keep aside for 10-15 min

After 10 min. add salt, and jeera seeds & mix well then add eno fruit salt with little water and combine well.

Grease mould or tin and pour the batter into it.Steam for 15 min. in the rice cooker or steamer.

Check with the tooth pic if it is clean then our dhokla is ready.

Prepare tadka heat oil and add all the ingredients in a tempering pan when splutter off the flame and pour the tadka over dhokla

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chutney and enjoy nutritious food.
