Roselle & watermelon smoothie 🥤🍉

My simple resolution recipe, watermelon's and many other fresh fruits, vegetables are now in season,an infusion of herbal tea with fresh fruit and the results was amazing, Enjoy. Course: Drink , Diet: vegetarian, gluten free, nutrients value: vitamin A, B1,B2,B5,B9,C, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron and copper. My resolution/ goal is to cook with fresh fruits, vegetables and etc, which are available in my country and learn new skills in the kitchen.

In a sauce pan, heat water when water 💦 start to boil add dry roselle flowers, cover and boil, for 15 mins. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

In a blender jar, add plain yogurt, honey 🍯, watermelon cubes 🍉 and vanilla extract and extract of roselle (mentioned above) and blend well till smooth.

Remove in serving glasses and serve immediately.
