At first marinate the chiken with coriander leaf paste + ginger - garlic paste + pepper powder + salt + sugar + lime juice + a little bit turmeric powder.

Boil the spinach for 5mins. Then paste it smoothly.

Now hit a pan. N put oil in it. Then seasoning with cumin + clove + cardamom & green chillies.

Add onion slices n fry. After some time add ginger n garlic. N fry it until the raw smell gone. Now add the marinated chiken. Keep stirring. Then add spinach paste. Stir stir stir.. now add some water n salt n sugar. Close the lid. After 7 mins put off the flame n ur palak chiken is ready. Enjoy it with rice/roti/ paratha.. ✨❤️
