Boil potato, on two whistles. Peel & cut it into small square pieces. Roughly chopped ginger & tomato in the grinder.

Make a smooth paste. In nonstick pan add oil and roast jeera & hing. When cracked it add grind masala & roasts it.

After properly cooked add dry spices. Again cook it till the masala leave the oil. If required add some water drops.

Now add potato pieces to this masala. Mix them very well in the masala. Add some water in a grinder to remove the paste & this water add to the pan.

Covet it & leave it on low flame, for nicely cooked. After 2 min serves it, spring garlic rings spread on it. Cut green chili & put on it.
