  1. 2ripe banana
  2. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  3. 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  4. 1/8 teaspoonTurmeric
  5. 1/4 tspamchur powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  8. 2 tablespoonsoil
  9. 1/4 teaspoonCumin seeds
  10. 1/4 teaspoonSeasame seeds
  11. 15Curry leaves
  12. 1Green chilli
  13. 7-8cashews
  14. 6-7 tspraisins

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, take oil. Once it is hot add cashew and raisin. Then Take it out.

    In the same pan, add Jeera, curry leaves, turmeric powder, sesame, green chili, asafoetida, coriander powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder and salt. Cook it for 2-3 minutes then add half cup of water and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

    Then peel and slice ripe bananas. Add them to a pan and cook them for 1 minute.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with roti or paratha.
