Shimla mirchi besan sabzi

Heat pan. Add oil. When oil is heated, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add cumin seeds, asaefoitida and garlic cloves. Saute for a minute.

Add onion. Cook onion till it turns golden pink in colour.

Wash and Chop capsicum in medium size.

Add capsicum. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder, and kanda lasun masala. Mix all properly. Cover lid. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt. Cook capsicum 80 %.

Add besan. Mix well. Sprinkle little water. Cover lid. Cook besan completely. Stir occasionally.

Cook openly for another two minutes. Turn off the flame. Shimla mirchi besan sabzi is ready.

Enjoy sabzi with jowar, ragi or bajra bhakri or wheat roti or as a side dish of dal rice. Thank you, everyone 🥰
