My son, who is studying for his PGDM in Bangalore, came home for the New Year holidays. We also moved into a new house during Diwali, and he invited his friends over for dinner. He asked me to make fruit cream for dessert, so I made this fruit cream for his friends at his request, and everyone loved it.

He asked me to make fruit cream for dessert, so I made this fruit cream for his friends at his request, and everyone loved it.

In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream and heavy cream. Whip with a beater until soft peaks form.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and whip again. Add the cardamom powder and soaked saffron, then whip again until well combined.

Wash and chop all the fruits into small pieces. Add the fruits and chopped nuts to the whipped cream mixture and mix well. Reserve some pomegranate seeds and nuts for garnish. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.

Spoon the fruit cream into a serving dish. Garnish with chopped nuts, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, and saffron. Serve chilled.

Note: Use chilled cream for whipping. You can use any fruits you like, except very juicy ones.
