Wash and soak rice and dal overnight.
In the morning drain rice and dal, and grind it with ginger-garlic- chili to make a fine paste. Add very little water while grinding. We require idli batter-like consistency. - 2
Finely Chopped all vegetables and mix them with the prepared batter.
Heat Appe pan, and grease it with oil.
Now add salt and eno to the batter. Mix everything well.
Immediately fill batter In each cavity of the pan, and keep the flame on low. - 3
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip appe, cover and cook another side for 2 minutes.
Appe is ready. Serve hot with chutney and Enjoy 👍
