Fish ki smell khtam krne k liye (1 kilo fish k liye (1 tbsp namak) or vinegar 1/2 cup se kam ko pani me mix kar k fish is me soak kryn (10 minute) or phir achy se wash kryn. or jo masala lgana ho lagyn.

Ab shaker machine me sb ingredients dal kar paste ready kar lyn. agar pani kam lage to thora se pani add kryn ta k paste zyada patli na ho jae.

Ab paste ek bowl me nikal lyn.

Fish k pieces masala me dal kar coat kryn or dosry airtight box me rakhte jayn. ab dosri layer simple fish ki rakhyn or us pe masala lagi fish k pieces rakhyn.

Fish ko airtight box me overnight fridge me rakhyn or next day ek tray me plastic sheet laga kar har layer me fish ko store kryn.
fresh fish ko deep fry krne k liye karahi me oil normal garam kryn or fish ka skin wali side phly dalyn or 2-3 minute bd side change kryn. - 6
Fish ko cook hone me almost 5-7 minutes lagte hyn. phir is ko fry kar k serve kryn naan ya roti k sath.
