  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Oil for frying

    Wash fish

    Mark deep cuts with knife

  3. 3

    Now in a bowl mix all ingredients

    Marinate fish for 2 hrs

    Now in a wok heat oil

  6. 6

    Fry fish

  7. 7

    Till golden brown
