  2. 2 tbsplemon juice
  3. 2 tbspvinegar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspajwain
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. Oil for frying

    Wash fish

    Mark deep cuts with knife

    Now in a bowl mix all ingredients

    Marinate fish for 2 hrs

    Now in a wok heat oil

    Fry fish

  7. 7

    Till golden brown
