Ingredients

1 serving
  • 5 pieceschicken gizzard
  • 1 litrewater
  • Table spoonwheat flour or grits
  • Handfull Spring onions
  • 1Scotch bonnet
  • Small bulb Onion
  • Dashdried Rosemary leaves
  • Seasoning to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring Gizzard and Sliced onions to boil in the water

  2. 2

    Add rosemary and scotch bonnet and seasoning

  3. 3

    Coook for 25minuntes on low heat

  4. 4

    Make a paste with the wheat flour and thicken the soup

  5. 5

    Add spring onions and cover pot to steam it(spring onions)...Tadaaa!
