  1. 5 pieceschicken gizzard
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. Table spoonwheat flour or grits
  4. Handfull Spring onions
  5. 1Scotch bonnet
  6. Small bulb Onion
  7. Dashdried Rosemary leaves
  8. Seasoning to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Bring Gizzard and Sliced onions to boil in the water

  2. 2

    Add rosemary and scotch bonnet and seasoning

  3. 3

    Coook for 25minuntes on low heat

  4. 4

    Make a paste with the wheat flour and thicken the soup

  5. 5

    Add spring onions and cover pot to steam it(spring onions)...Tadaaa!
