Ingredients

  1. 1whole garlic, minced
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Sauce:soy, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, water
  4. 1 packchoisam

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil choisam until half cooked. Then arrange in a plate.

  2. 2

    Heat wok add oil and stir fry garlic until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Scoop it and spread on top of choisam

  4. 4

    Then pour the sauce and simmer, keep stirring until it is thick.

  5. 5

    Pour over the choisam.
