Preheat the oven on 180 degrees

Sift the flour in a bowl and leave it aside
Grease your mold and sprinkle some flour on the oil. Remove the extra flour from the mold by holding it upside down - 3
Peel and grate the carrots.

Chop the walnut into small pieces

In a bowl beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 10 minutes to get a soft creamy texture.

Add oil and stir a bit more

Add flour baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg powder, and salt gradually and mix with low speed

Add carrot and walnut and stir it slowly in circle with a spatula untill all the ingredients are mixed well.

Put the mixture in the mold and leave in the oven for 45 minutes

Don't open the oven for 20 minutes. After 40 minutes put a toopick in the cake if it comes out clean your cake it done.
