Noodle Soup with Green Lentils

Steps

Add enough water to cover the green lentils and boil.

Boil the noodles in a separate large pot.

Add the boiled green lentils to the noodles and cook together.

Whisk yogurt, crushed garlic, egg and flour. Add it to the pot, stirring slowly over low heat. Start cooking with constant stirring (You need to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly).

Cook the pul biber and mint in olive oil for 1-2 minutes for the topping. And pour it over the soup and mix it.

When the soup is cooked add salt and mix.
