Ingredients

  1. 750 gSquid
  2. 1 tspTurmeric
  3. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 1 tspgaram Masala
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 tbspvinegar
  10. 5-7dry red chili soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
  11. 8garlic cloves (3 for blend 5 for fry)
  12. 1 tspsugar
  13. 2 tbspoil to fry
  14. 10-12Curry leaves
  15. 1/2lemon

Steps

    Mix spice powder, ginger garlic paste with chopped squid

  2. 2

    Soak red chillis in boiling water for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Blend 3 garlic cloves and sugar with soaked chillis and vinegar

  4. 4

    Add this paste to
    Squid mix and marinate for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Take a pan, add oil, start with adding curry leaves and 5 cloves of chopped garlic

  6. 6

    When the Mix is fragrant, add the seafood mix, salt, Fry to desired crispness and raw spice flavor is gone.

  7. 7

    Squeeze half a lemon and mix well

  8. 8

    Enjoy with Kerala paratha or rice and yogurt
