I had this dish in a seafood restaurant in Mahabalipuram. It is delicious and can be used for shrimp, crab or lobster. Enjoy!

Mix spice powder, ginger garlic paste with chopped squid

Soak red chillis in boiling water for 5 minutes

Blend 3 garlic cloves and sugar with soaked chillis and vinegar

Add this paste to
Squid mix and marinate for 15 minutes - 5
Take a pan, add oil, start with adding curry leaves and 5 cloves of chopped garlic

When the Mix is fragrant, add the seafood mix, salt, Fry to desired crispness and raw spice flavor is gone.

Squeeze half a lemon and mix well

Enjoy with Kerala paratha or rice and yogurt
