Firstly, in a thick bottomed pan dry roast 2 cups peanut on low flame.Alternatively, keep in microwave till the peanuts are roasted well.
keep stirring continuously, so that peanuts gets roasted uniformly and do not burn.
once the peanuts starts to separate its skin, turn off the flame and cool completely.
peel off the skin and keep aside.

Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until melted, about 5 minutes.
Now add roasted peanut and pinch of salt. - 3
Next, you’ll pour your melted chocolate mixture onto the lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer of desired thickness.

Now sprinkle sesame seeds.

Then simply refrigerate for about 20 – 30 minutes until firm.
Remove your peanut chikki from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before cutting them into pieces.
