Wash tomatoes and pat dry on kitchen towel, cut into small cubes and keep aside.

In a blender add tomato cubes🍅,garlic cloves chopped 🧄, ginger chopped, green chillies chopped, chopped onions 🧅, chopped coriander leaves 🌿 & mint leaves 🌱, salt 🧂, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, water💧 and blend until smooth.
