2 cupsboiled rice
1 tbspghee
1green chilli chopped
1 tspasafoetida
1 tbspcoriander leaves
1 tspsalt
2 tbspcumin seeds

Heat ghee in a pan. Add ghee. Now add cumin seeds, green chillies and asafoetida. Let the cumin seeds crackle.

Add boiled rice and mix well. Add salt to taste.

Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve with the curry of your choice.
