Wash peel and dice potatoes.

Heat oil in a cooker. Crackle fennel Seeds Mustard Seeds curry leaves asofoetida bay leaf cloves cardamom cinemon stick coursly crushed peanuts.
Now add Potatoes tomatoes puree red chilli powder sesame seeds turmeric powder cumin coriander powder dry mango powder garam masala sugar chilli ginger paste salt.Mix it well.Saute Properly and add 1glass of water. Whistle 3-4.Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Open add coriander Mix it well..Aloo Tamater Curry is ready. - 3
For Beetroot Puri :-Take both flour in a paraat.Mix ghee and salt and knead a tight dough. Cover it and Leave it for 10-15 min.
Meanwhile make a puree of 1/4Part of beetroot. - 4
Now knead a dough properly and make a mid.size ball.
Take on a jali and press with fingure. And spread puri.
Dip brush in a beetroot puree and apply on a opposite side of jali.
Take a puri from jali. - 5
Fry on a medium slow flame.Puri is ready.

Tasty Aloo Tamater Curry with Beetroot Puri is ready to serve.
