Steps

Cook Lentils (see instructions Recipe # 16756083) or drain canned lentils. Drain canned Mushrooms as well.

Place roughly chopped Onion, Carrots, and drained Mushrooms in a food processor; chop them finely, using PULSE function if available. Set-aside.

Tip: If you don't want the lentils to be obvious in the Taco meat, you can add the lentils at this step and chop together; then, skip step 5.

Heat a large fry pan to Med-High temperature and add Olive oil. Brown Ground beef and the vegetable mixture from step 2.

Add Lentils from step 1; stir and toss to combine.

Add Soup stock, Worcestershire sauce and Taco seasoning mix; combine thoroughly.

Stir-fry about 5 minuets or until the meat is well coated with the seasoning.

Serve in an individual bowl or transfer a large bowl for self-serving.
