This is boneless Tawa Chicken with Black Pepper being used in it for a change. It's absolutely an amazing dish for meals. And since it's boneless Chicken, it gets done in even more lesser time than it usually takes as well as it becomes a more delightful affair too. This juicy and peppery Chicken can be an amazing addition to your dining table on any day. It can be a great Appetizer as well.
It is absolutely delicious and tempting with all it's flavourful and aromatic ingredients. And hence results in succulent little cubes that are lip-smacking and scrumptious to the last bite.
My family loves it with simple homemade Rotis or Chapatis. This can be a great option for everyday main course meals. Be it a Lunch or a Dinner, this one is just right. Also it can very well be enjoyed with our plain old Daal and a steaming hot plate of simple boiled Rice.

Steps
- 1
Make the pepper masala with the ginger garlic green chilli paste, turmeric and salt to taste in a bowl and add the chicken. Cover and leave to marinate in fridge for two hours.
- 2
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and as soon as they crackle, add the bay leaves. Add the onions and fry until golden brown.
- 3
Add the marinated chicken and saute for a few minutes to allow the natural juices of the chicken to evaporate.
- 4
When almost cooked, adjust the seasoning with salt and add the coriander. Serve piping hot with rotis or parathas or any other bread of your choice. Enjoy!
