Hara choliya ki sabji
Steps

Boil green choliya and potatoes carrot with salt and a pinch of salt.

Chop the onion & tomatoes. Heat a pan add oil add cuminseed& red chili crackle then add chopped onion and saute till it's golden brown. Take a bowl and add all spices with little water to make a paste.

Add ginger-garlic paste saute it then add chop tomatoes saute till it's becomes soft.,then add masala paste mix it well and cook well Now add the boiled vegetables.

Cook for 2 minutes.Add a cup of water, cover it &cook for 5 minutes on low medium flame, add coriander leaves & put off the flame.Choliya sabji is ready.

Serve with paratha,puri or chapati.
