Since my childhood I'd never loved uji. But when I came across the Amigo's natural porridge flour, I loved it so much.

Mix the flour and cold water to form a flour paste in the pan.

Measure two glasses of preheated water in the water jug.
- 3
While studying the paste add water to the pan.
- 4
Ignite the burner while stirring the flour paste until it becomes thick
- 5
Add 2 tbsp of sugar to the already boiling porridge and start to ensure that sugar completely dissolves.
- 6
And a glass of an already boiled milk and Stir
- 7
Leave the porridge to cool to body temperature and then serve while warm.
