Assemble ingredients

Diagonally chop baby corn and then boil for around 10 minutes and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add corn flour + maida + salt + black pepper powder + grated ginger garlic and give a good mix.
Add baby corn and toss it, sprinkle slight water and toss it so that baby corn coats well with the mixture. - 4
Deep fry till crisp and golden brown under moderate heat.

Fry all over very nicely and keep aside.

Assemble all other ingredients.

In moderately heated pan / wok, add oil and allow to heat, add chopped ginger garlic + green chilli and sauté for few seconds then add chopped onion and sauté till light golden.
Add diced Capsicum and sauté for around 2 minutes. - 8
Add all sauce one after another, add salt + 2-3 tbsp water + sugar and sauté for around 2-3 minutes. Gradually mixture thickens.

Add fried baby corn and mix gently so that each baby corn coats well with sauce.

Dish is done. Sprinkle sesame seeds and it is ready to serve.

Serve hot hot and enjoy crispy Chilli Baby Corn.

Pair with Noodles and enjoy Indo Chinese food.
