2 tbspButter
1/2 cupPopcorn
2-3 tbspButter
1 cupSugar
1/4 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspVanilla essence

In a pot,add oil, butter and let it melt, add popcorn and mix well.

Let them pop and shake pan in between

Now in other pot add butter and let it melt, add sugar, mix well and cook on low flame until sugar melts and stir continuously & scrape until it thickens

Add baking soda and vanilla essence and mix well for 15 sec

Now add popcorn and coat well

In a tray add caramel popcorn and let it cool completely its done
