This is simple recipe with the goodness of green spinach, red tomatoes and healthy millets like jowar and Bajra.

First of all boil palak(spinach) and tomatoes.

Once done, remove the skin of tomatoes, cool and grind both palak and tomatoes to a paste or puree.

Now take a flat bowl, put all the three flour, then add dry masala(turmeric, chilli powder and salt). Mix it well. Now add ghee 1 tablespoon, then add palak and Tomato puree.

Knead it to soft dough. Make square parathas. Cook well from both sides on tawa applying ghee.

Once done serve these parathas hot.
