Take a large bowl add all ingredients and mix it well.

Take a lemon size ball. Give an oval shape. Now dip the cutlet into cornflour batter then coated bread crumbs.
Then fry it deep in heated oil on medium flame till golden brown. Take it out on a plate. - 3
Cutlets are ready now. Serve hot and enjoy with green chutney and tomato ketchup. Enjoy with ginger tea..😋😋
