Wash all the ingredients

Peel and dice the carrots.
Put the carrots in a blender with water.

After blending sieve the carrot to get the juice.

Put the juice back in to the blender and add the diced mango +the lettuce and blend.

Attain a smooth juice,serve and enjoy.
