Egg curry 🧆
Steps

Poke the boiled eggs with a fork and fry them in oil till golden brown.

Take a jar and grind onion and green chili to make a fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion chili paste in it let it cook for a few seconds.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute till its raw aroma goes away.

Then add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, meat masala, and turmeric powder and mix.

Let it cook till the oil starts separating.

Then add fried eggs in it and mix completely.

Add 1/2 glass of water and let them cook for 10-15 minutes.

Egg curry is ready to Serve.
