Wash all three leaves chop them,chop garlic cloves.

Cook on medium flame cover it,cook for few minutes, then add 1/2cup water add salt, green chilli paste, ginger paste and jagarry continue cooking for few minutes on low heat.

Chop onion, tomato,green garlic. Heat oil add green garlic onion saute for a while then add tomatoes after few minutes add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder,jeera powder, green chilli paste,ginger paste and salt mix it well tadka is ready.

Now add half of cooked sarso to mix jar and maize flour (mix with water) and grind to puree add to remaining saag and cook till thickens, now add prepared tadka mix it well adjust consistency and salt add coriander leaves and butter.

Sarson ka saag is ready serve with makkai roti topped with butter.
