Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/2 cupPeas
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1-2Green chilli
  4. 1 cupBesan
  5. 2 tbspCornflour
  6. As Per TasteRed chilli powder - it ' s your choice how much you want
  7. 1/2 tspGinger paste
  8. As Per TasteChaat masala
  9. 1/2 tspCumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the peas. Dry it and take it into the grinder. Now add green chili

    Make it paste. Now take it into a bowl. Add salt to taste, besan, cornflour, red chili powder, ginger paste, chaat masala, and cumin powder. Mix well.

    Heat kadhai. Add oil. When oil is heated. Now add the peas mixture. Fry till golden brown or crispy

    When it's done. Take it into the plate. Serve with chutney
