Boil Bacalhau for 10 minutes. Remove from water

Thinly Slice onions. Add to heated pan of olive oil and laurel leaf

Peal bacalhau from skin and bones. Add to pan and cook for 4 minutes

Add Batatas Palha, folding in gently

Chop parsely and beat into eggs

On low heat, gentle add eggs into the Bacalhau mixture. Season with salt & pepper

Top with olives and additional parsely
